The intent of this newsletter is to report the official minutes of the Board meetings and other unrelated events or notices which may be of interest to our Association members.
Board meetings are normally held the 3rd
Wednesday
of each month at 7:15 PM at the SLP fire station. All property owners are welcome.

Bootzin.
Called
to
order
at
22
minutes
after
7:00
pm.
December
and
January
minutes
were
moved
to
accept
and
seconded.
John
and
Tricia
are
buying
the
Gentry
lot.
They
are
paying
all
the
back
dues,
etc,
to
SLPPOA.
The
house
is
3
feet
from
the
edge
of
the
road
easement
within
the
setback.
John
asked
for
a
variance
to
the
covenants
protecting
subsequent
owners
from
being
asked
to
pick
up
the
house
and
move
it.
The
board
and
the
Bootzin's
agreed
that
the
Bootzin's
will
draw
a
platte
of
the
lot
with
all
of
the
details
regarding
the
back
deck
to
be
built
and
the
rain-diversion
roof
over
the
front
door
that
will
be
built,
all
in
relation
to
the
lot
boundaries.
They
will
deliver
this
drawing
to
Brian
for
architectural
review.
Treasurer
report.
Wendy
has
initiated
taxes
for
SLPPOA.
67%
of
members
have
paid
annual
dues.
The
rest
are
due
by
April
1
to
avoid
a
late
fee.
Water
report.
System
2
had
a
leak
in
February
at
the
top
of
Cerro
Pelado.
It
was
fixed.
System
1
currently
has
a
leak
somewhere
near
Hovenweep.
Kirk
and
Don
are
currently
working
to
find
the
location
of
the
leak.
Roads,
no
report
Architecture:
a
new
greenhouse
has
been
approved.
New
Business:
There
will
be
no
parking
signs
posted
at
the
Fire
Station.
