Windstream Complaints

Telephone service is regulated by the Public Regulation Commission (PRC). According to the PRC, the more complaints against Windstream, the better. Windstream doesn’t like complaints coming from the PRC.

If Windstream customer service doesn’t resolve your problems, file a complaint by letter, email or phone/internet (if it works) with one or all of the representatives or agencies listed below.
