Our water system is failing, we need money, and we need to ACT NOW.
Current upgrade/repair estimates - over $1 million
We have 3 choices:
Convert to a Mutual Domestic Water System
To position us for loans/grants. There is money out there --
but we cannot get into the funding queue until we become a MDWA
Special Assessment(s)
Paid from our checkbooks to piecemeal our repairs
This money will be collected when assessed, NO monthly payments.
Do nothing - Let the system FAIL
Residents will be responsible to secure their own potable water source.
ALERT
We expect to deplete our reserves in 2010.
If money is not available to repair our system, we will be out of water.

DELINQUENT DUES NOTICE
Payments are due the 1st day of each month
and are delinquent and subject to a $5.00 late fee if not received by the 30th of each month.
You can pay the amount in full at any time, but you need to continue to pay monthly until then.
We DO NOT send out monthly bills.

If you can give of your time to volunteer on the Board and help your association,
please contact any board member.
