Architectural Control Prior to any construction, remodeling, addition to or alteration of any building, swimming pool, wall, fence, tank or other development on a lot, plans must be submitted to and receive approval from the SLPPOA Architectural Control committee. Plans shall include plot drawings showing the location on the lot of any structures proposed to be constructed, placed, altered, or maintained, and elevation of same, together with the proposed color scheme for roofs and exteriors indicating materials. Property owners are advised to review the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR's) which apply to their Unit in Sierra Los Pinos. |
